Purposes of personal data processing
- Contact form — processing data submitted via the contact form (name, email, subject, message) to respond to your inquiries. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Google Analytics 4 — website traffic analysis via Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-3BFR5M1C2C) operated by Google Ireland Limited. Legal basis: consent via cookie banner.
- Cookies — ensuring website functionality. Legal basis: legitimate interest for necessary cookies; consent for other types.
- Website security — protection against unauthorized access. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data retention periods
- Contact form data — retained for 12 months, then securely deleted.
- Google Analytics data — retained for 14 months (GA4 default), then automatically deleted.

- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics 4 provider. Data processed in EU/EEA per Google Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft 365 — email service provider for contact form messages.
